Service Description

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a safe and natural energy healing technique that reduces stress and anxiety and promotes healing. During this process, energetic blocks that are in the body are cleared and shifted, and the body’s natural energy flow is restored. Just as the physical body has a circulatory system through which blood flows, it also has as energy system that flows to replenish organs, tissues, and cells. The physical body can be influenced when energy is blocked. Some signs of blocked or imbalanced energy are mental fatigue, feelings of disconnection, emotional stress, physical pain or discomfort, insomnia, low self-esteem, and difficulty focusing. *REIKI SESSION - At the beginning of the session, you are welcome to share anything you wish regarding circumstances that have brought you here. You will lay on a treatment table (massage table), while soft, relaxing music is played. Treatment lasts about an hour. You may feel warm or cool, tingly sensations as the energy moves through the body. Some people feel significantly better after one session. However, when a condition or concern is chronic, it is common to benefit from multiple sessions. To schedule a session, complete the Contact Me on the Home page. I would be honored to work with you! A one hour Reiki session is $65 and a 90 min session is $100.
