Reiki I Class for children age 7-14 yrs.

Service Description

My hope in offering this class is to empower children by teaching them a natural form of healing. Reiki is a safe and natural way for children to respond to some of the BIG feelings they have. In this class, your child will learn about chakras! What they are, where they're located and how to balance them. They will be attuned to the Reiki energy so that they can provide Reiki to themselves or to another person or animal. They will also learn about Mikao Usui Ryoho and the history of Reiki. Each class may be a little different depending on the age of the child and the number of class participants. Each child will receive a Reiki book manual that they may keep and refer back to as they get older as well as a certificate of completion for Reiki I. Please contact me for questions or to learn more! **It is recommended that the child have several Reiki sessions before learning how to do Reiki themselves. This will help them to have experience in what the energy feels like and develop awareness of the connection between the mind, body, and energy.
